The first day was relatively uneventful.  Lots of rain.  Not even any good stuff on the side of the road....one dead something or other...Montana and Idaho clean up their road kill or take it home and eat it.

Stopped at a Fred Meyer deli for dinner......not a real good choice. 

Hopefully things will pick up tomorrow.

The countdown is on...

We leave in the morning.  I will be keeping track of things on the side of the road and goofy things said along the way.  I won't be censoring anything so please keep this in mind.  They are only words and words are ok.  Am I worried about my house while I am gone?? No, Jen is taking care of the house....along with the neighbors that won't let anything happen.  And everything is booby-trapped so good luck!!
